Shipping charges are a flat rate for the 48 Continental states.

♦ What shipping methods do you offer?
We trust UPS for all of our shipping needs. Orders are shipped UPS Ground® by default. We can not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or any address outside the United States. We do ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska for an additional shipping fee.
♦ Do we ship outside of the United States?
We are currently unable to ship outside of the United States.
♦ Can I upgrade my shipping method to something faster?
Yes, please contact us before submitting payment for a variety of expedited shipping services that will fit your needs and budget. We generally are not able to adjust an order or make changes to the shipping once payment has been submitted.
♦ Can I pick this up to save on shipping?
Sorry, we do not allow local pickup.
♦ Do you combine shipping fees for multiple auctions won?
Most of our items now have FREE shipping to the 48 Continental states. Due to the expense of shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, we are not able to apply combined shipping discounts to these locations. If you are making a large purchase (5 individual items or more), please contact us via email at customerservice@thedeepdiscount.com or by phone at 800-257-3762 or 815-927-3320, and we will be more than happy to prepare a bulk-order discount quote on a case-by-case basis.
♦ How long does it take for my item to ship?
Our Hyper-Speed Shipping guarantees that your item(s) will ship the same day payment clears if payment clears by 3:30 PM CST Monday – Friday (excludes holidays). Typical delivery time is between 1 and 6 business days (peak shipping seasons in November and December may experience an additional delay due to the increased volume of packages UPS handles during that season).
♦ How do I get a tracking number?
Our system will automatically email you an order confirmation that includes your tracking number when your package is scanned in our warehouse. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and/or spam filter settings. Tracking will not be immediately available on ups.com as information can take up to 24 hours to update in the UPS tracking system.
♦ Do I need to be available to receive deliveries from TheDeepDiscount?
A signature will be required on any order exceeding $250 to ensure there are no complications with your delivery. For orders less than $250, delivery without signature is at the sole discretion of the UPS driver. If the driver does not believe it is a safe location to leave a package unattended, they will make 2 additional attempts to deliver the item(s) on the following consecutive business days. If you believe you will not be available to receive the package, please leave a note for the UPS driver instructing them to hold the item at their local facility for pick-up. Items returned to us undeliverable will be charged the actual cost of reshipping the item to you.
