If you haven't heard from us yet, most of the time it is due to our inability to respond directly to you because of an incorrect or incomplete e-mail address entered in the "Contact Us" form. If you entered your e-mail address correctly, you would have received a confirmation from us within 1 hour (depending on network traffic) with a message that we received your question.
Examples of incorrect e-mail addresses are:
- Addresses that are considered "temporary" and have expired.
- Old e-mail accounts that do not get forwarded.
- E-mail addresses that cannot receive attachments.
- Incorrectly spelled/written address or missing information.
Also, emails that contain the following may not be responded to, or may have a delayed response:
- Abusive or obscene language.
- Repeated emails asking the same thing that have already been answered.
- Requests to ship to a different country or to use a payment method not accepted.
- Spam or other unsolicted advertisements.
Emails that contain any of the above have the sending email address blocked, preventing any further emails from being received.
