What happens if I get a defective or substandard product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Agent immediately at 1-800-257-3762.  Please be prepared to supply the agent with your order number and your item number from your original confirmation email.  The agent will also need your e-mail address and phone number. 
Note: You will also need to have the purchase receipt to show when the item was purchased.  For this reason, we advise printing out your invoice when going through checkout.
We will provide you with a copy of your invoice if you request this information.
