Such action will generate a non-paying bidder infraction against the winning bidder's account and the account will be suspended for 30 days. The seller may also choose to leave negative feedback. It's important to remember that when a member places a bid on an eBay auction, they are committed to honor that bid and follow through with the commitment.

All bidders should read the item description completely before bidding. If a member is interested in an item, but has questions, they should email the seller and have their questions resolved before a bid is placed. This will help to avoid future situations when the bidder doesn't want to complete a transaction after an auction has ended.
