How was my order shipped and can I get the tracking number?

We trust UPS for all of our shipping needs.  The default shipping method is UPS Ground®.  Orders shipped via UPS Ground® are typically delivered within 1-6 business days.
 
If you complete your purchase by 3:30 PM CST Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), we guarantee that your order will ship that same business day. Orders with payments that clear after 3:30 PM CST will be shipped the very next business day.
 
Note: Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the next operating business day.
 
All orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order acknowledgement.  When the order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status.  Your shipping confirmation will include ship date, carrier and UPS tracking number.  You will need to allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated.  If this information was not received, or if you have other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at customerservice@thedeepdiscount.com or by phone at 1-800-257-3762.
 
 Our Business Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST.  We are closed on weekends and holidays.
 
We will ship to the continental US (48 states), Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  We trust UPS for most of our shipping needs.  UPS can only ship to a physical address (No P.O. Boxes Or APO Addresses).
