I have not received my order? Where is it?

If the order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact Customer Service toll free by calling 1-800-257-3762 or emailing us at customerservice@thedeepdiscount.com to alert us of the issue. 

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5:30 PM (CST)   --  We are closed on holidays and weekends. 
  • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors.  UPS packages are occasionally left with building managers, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage, or sometimes behind bushes.
  • If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate with the shipping carrier in order to locate it, once you alert us of the issue.  If your package can be located, it will be delivered to you.  If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will either send you a replacement, or we can issue you a refund.
