Why hasn't TheDeepDiscount responded to the e-mail question I asked? |

If you haven't heard from us yet, most of the time it is due to our inability to respond directly to you because of an incorrect or incomplete e-mail address entered in the "Contact Us" form. If you entered your e-mail address correctly, you would have received a confirmation from us within 1 hour (depending on network traffic) with a message that we received your question. Also, emails that contain the following may not be responded to, or may have a delayed response: Emails that contain any of the above have the sending email address blocked, preventing any further emails from being received.
