When will I recieve my order?

If you complete your purchase by 3:30 PM CST Monday - Friday, we guarantee that your order will ship out that same day.  Orders that payment clears for after 3:30 PM CST will be shipped the very next business day.

Note: Orders that payment clears for on weekends and holidays will not be shipped until the next operating business day. 

All orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order acknowledgement. When the order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status.  Your shipping confirmation will include ship date, carrier and tracking number if applicable.  You will need to allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated.  ***Your tracking number will tell you when you can expect to receive your order.***  If this information was not received or if you have other questions, you may contact us via e-mail at customerservice@thedeepdiscount.com, or by phone at 1-800-257-3762 

Our Business Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST.  We are closed on weekends and holidays.
